Student Reviews & Testimonials
The staff are kind of friendly & cooperative unlike what others are saying. Though the treatment takes time as there are many other patients too but still the infrastructure and doctors are well and actually better than that of some private managements. Also treatment is cheaper obviously
If you really care for your teeth and most importantly time I think it is not a right place for treatment of RCT I came here for RCT they just were sending to different department an finally I got a appointment of RCT which is after 3 months I said them I need to treat it as soon as possible they said we can't do anything you can go to private dentist ok so I came after 3 months on appointment and still the treatment is not done it's been more than 2 months and I think I have wasted more money in traveling and wasted my time also where I can get done my RCT on that month in private dentist
This is worse compared govt. offices. They far slower than govt offices . I really want there should be zero star option also. We went there for post garduate registration certificate and they took 1 month for a simple procedure. Even when we went after 1 month for receiving registration certificate, Office people made us wait for half an hour. And what they gave us just a MDD stamp on old BDS registration certificate. I was like you peole took 1 month just to put ink stamp on old certificate. They dont value or even respect Doctors time. Even if you have come from far, or other city like other than Mumbai, still they will make you come again for no work. They took 500 rupees for certificate and 4 passport size photos from us and didn't even put a single photo on certificate. Its the same old certificate only on which they have put a ink stamp of post graduate degree. For a work of 5 or 10 minutes max they take 1 month and even after that 1 month they still make you wait outside their office. MSDC should look into this. This is not the way you treat your own doctors.
I visited this hospital from Mira road as my mouth got swollen on 22/07 . They advised RCT was required and gave me an appointment date for Oct and Nov which is soo irrelevant. After requesting for urgent RCT they recommended some medicines to heal the swollen part and if it does not work visit again which was not right .
