BHU Courses & Fees 2026

The University offers UG, PG, doctoral, diploma, PG diploma, certificate, and part-time programmes across streams such as Science, Arts, Education, Medical, Agriculture, Engineering, Management, Law, and Ayurveda. BHU offers 612 courses in total, and its overall fee range goes from about INR 1,200 to INR 7.23 lakh.

Some of the most popular courses include MA, MSc, MBBS, BA LLB (Hons.), and BAMS. For these popular programmes, the BHU fees remain quite varied. The fee for MA start at around INR 4,764, MSc at INR 5,464, and MCom at INR 5,764. • Campus area: BHU’s main campus in Varanasi covers about 550 hectares (1,300 acres).
• South Campus: The Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkachha has an area of about 1,104 hectares.
